The park is located in Dongguan City, China. It is a park integrating the production and research and development of electronic 

products. There are dozens of factories and related supporting companies in the park. Many people in the park have high mobility, 

and parking cannot be regulated, which brings problems to the management. A relatively big problem, coupled with the lack of 

supporting parking spaces in the surrounding areas, has caused some social vehicles to enter the park and occupy the few parking 

space resources in the park. Hailian provided the park management with a license plate recognition system, parking lot gates, and
