Unity Park is an amusement park located in the Arat Kilo district of Addis Ababa, within the compound of the National Palace. Established in 

October 2019, it occupies a total of 20 hectares within the palace compound, houses a zoo and historical artifacts, and can be accessed by 

purchasing tickets through online services such as Ethio Telecom and the Ethiopian Commercial Bank.

The entire commercial building in Tuanjie Park has a total construction area of approximately 53,500 square meters, of which the four 

underground floors are parking lots and the four above ground floors are commercial complexes.

The four-level underground parking lot can provide safe and reliable parking spaces for more than 1,000 vehicles. The intelligent parking 

system ensures an efficient and convenient parking experience. With parking guidance signs and parking sensors, drivers can easily find vacant 

parking spaces. Ultrasonic parking sensors can detect the real-time status of each parking space and update it to the central management 

platform in a timely manner.

In addition, Hailian also provides access control systems for commercial complexes to protect the safety of office personnel and property.
