R&F City is strategically located in the University City, covering an area of approximately 3,851 acres and flanked by four famous university districts. The project construction area is 6.8 million square meters, including 4.2 million square meters of residential construction and 2.6 million square meters of commercial construction. R&F City offers a comprehensive range of commercial facilities, including business apartments, luxury hotels and top-grade Grade A office buildings, positioning itself as a prosperous center in the core business district of University Town.

Installing access gates in the community can effectively restrict the entry of non-community owners or visitors, increasing the security of the community. The access gate can effectively manage the entry and exit of people in the community by recording the relevant information of people entering and exiting, increasing the safety factor of the community. The access gate can also intercept outsiders through remote operation or manual intervention, thus avoiding some safety accidents in the community.

Given the considerable size of this residential complex, ensuring a safe environment for residents is crucial. To meet this demand, R&F City collaborated with Hailian to implement an advanced access control system. Hailian provides advanced pedestrian gates and facial recognition terminals to provide strict access control for pedestrians. The facial recognition rate exceeds 99.9% and only authorized personnel can pass, effectively preventing unauthorized access, intrusion and potential security breaches. In addition, Hailian also customized a unique color scheme for the project, which enhanced the overall image of R&F City.
